Mi Young Kim, et al. vs. Wang (LASC Case No. 21STCV13812) Baik Law Group APC successfully demurred to a complaint filed by plaintiffs for breach of commercial lease agreement.


Kyung Sik Kim vs. Yu (LASC Case No. 20STCV29844) Baik Law Group APC successfully defended an accountant in a professional negligence lawsuit after trial.


Arendsen Cane Molnar vs. Rita Hollingsworth (LASC Case No. 20STCV09168) - Baik Law Group APC successfully demurred on the complaint of defendant's previous attorney that aggressively sued defendant for alleged unpaid attorney's fees. Baik Law Group APC formulated legal arguments that led the court to conclude that the previous attorney's claims were time-barred. In addition to getting the case dismissed, Baik Law Group APC also obtained a 5-digit attorney's fee award for the client and against the previous attorney.


LA Legends, LLC vs. Los Angeles Immanuel Mission Church, et al. (LASC Case No. 20STCV26293) - Baik Law Group APC represented the escrow company that handled the transaction at issue and obtained judgment of dismissal after successful demurrer to complaint.


Terry Wong vs. Chaur Fong, Inc., et al. (LASC Case No. 20STCV07979) - Baik Law Group APC successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of all defendants, and against Plaintiff, prior to trial.


Garden Grove Galleria vs. Cathay Bank (Orange Cty Superior Court Case No. 30-2010-00342212) - Lowe & Baik (predecessor to Baik Law Group APC) obtained $11.275 million verdict against a local bank for breach of contruction loan agreement after a jury trial


California Golf v. Cooper (2008) 163 Cal.App.4th 1053 - Lowe & Baik (predecessor to Baik Law Group APC)  successfully reversed lower court's summary judgment in favor of a buyer at a foreclosure action who stopped payment on casher's checks used to pay for the auction purchase.


Yoon v. Choi (2008) WL 241142 - Lowe & Baik (predecessor to Baik Law Group APC) successfully argued and persuaded the California Court of Appeals to affirm lower court's denial of Appellant's Anti-SLAPP motion.


Ringfree USA Corp. v. Ringfree Co. Ltd., et al. (United Stateds Ditrict Court Case No. 2:06-cv-7813) - Lowe & Baik (predecessor to Baik Law Group APC) obtained a verdict of specific performance and over $1 million in attorneys' fees against a Korean defendant who attempted to renege on the joint venture agreement entered into in connection with the exploitation of the "ring-back" patent.
